If you're looking for a grade 7 in Chemistry, look for Crucible. Not only does it have a fun and supportive learning environment but it helped me achieve a grade 7 in Chemistry HL! Their notes are superb and practice worksheets would definitely pull your grade up multiple notches. You won't regret it! Additionally, the tutors are really more like mentors and I sincerely want to thank my tutor all his advice- in chemistry and for life!

Coming to Crucible gave me a new found confidence in chemistry and really helped me secure my A in the A levels. The lessons were fun and the content was taught alongside concise notes personally crafted by the tutors that made it easy to understand and remember key words and concepts. My tutor was also very friendly and always patient with answering my questions whenever I had doubts be it on text or after classes. I could feel myself finally keeping up in class and doing much better in the tests leading up to the A-levels. All in all, Crucible’s relaxed and welcoming environment has made my learning there extremely enjoyable and I am very grateful for the wonderful experience and results I have gotten under their guidance!

Since the start of J1, Chemistry and General Paper were subjects I struggled with. I have tried various methods to grasp the concepts but my grades remained stagnant. As a result, I was looking for tuition in J2 and decided to join Crucible due to a friend’s recommendation. Frankly, I was wary about joining a new tuition centre near to the A Levels. However, I decided to give Crucible a shot as my friend only had good things to say after his first lesson and I’m very glad I did!
My tutors were extremely helpful and clarified every doubt I approached them with! They also ensured that the lessons were well-paced and suited to different learning styles.
Overall, I had an enjoyable experience at Crucible and would recommend to those considering tuition!

Before joining Crucible, I was constantly struggling to understand the concepts taught in school for Physics and found it hard to keep up in class. Jaron made Physics easy to understand with his analogies and engaging lessons, making Physics fun for everyone. He was a caring and dedicated tutor who took time outside of lessons to clarify my doubts and never failed to help me whenever I had any difficulty. In the end, thanks to Crucible, I managed to attain a 7 for my HL Physics!

Before joining Crucible, I was constantly getting ‘U’s for my mathematics and economics examinations while I was barely passing my physics.
